The other day I went to visit a friend, and I wanted to connect to some access point... I already knew that the network manager of KDE it's broken... all grayed stuff... so, i'd to use iwlist etc etc...
And my friend looked me as if i were some kind of sick geek :p . later in my house I tried to see why it didn't work, i gave up and tried WICD, works good but keeps asking me root's password and since services such as lighttpd, sshd won't start because net.eth0 wont run at boot :S

getting wireless to work...

i had to add this script to the boot in order to make work my wifi connection... rustic lol

the only thing is that when i suspend to ram my notebook i've to run it again ( as root)
